Ecareer is now looking for a sales-driven recruiter who loves customer dialogue, pace, and results – and who wants to sell our recruitment services with high quality and long-term focus.
This is a sales-oriented role (for real)
You are driven by:
creating new customer relationships, opening doors, and winning recruitment assignments
working towards clear goals and seeing the tangible effects of your efforts
combining business development + recruitment and being the one who “brings it home” and delivers
You see recruitment as a business service: you understand the customer's needs, sell in the right setup, and deliver a process that makes the customer want to buy again.
Your main responsibilities
Sales & Business:
prospecting and creating new business opportunities (B2B)
booking and conducting customer meetings – both digitally and physically
selling recruitment setups and advising on competence strategy, market situation, and process
writing proposals, driving negotiations, and closing deals
developing existing customers and increasing volume through long-term collaborations
Recruitment & Delivery:
driving recruitment processes for senior specialist and leadership roles
search/headhunting and candidate processing
requirements profile, selection, interviews, references, and matching
ongoing customer reporting, quality assurance, and follow-up after placement
We believe you are…
business-driven, self-sufficient, and persistent – you enjoy chasing, building pipeline, and closing
confident in dialogue with decision-makers and can explain the value of a recruitment process
relationship-building without losing sharpness: you can be both warm and clear
used to handling multiple parallel processes with structure and pace
Desirable background (you can come from different paths)
B2B sales (e.g. service sales) with documented goal achievement
recruitment/search, consulting/staffing, or similar
experience working with senior profiles and competence-intensive roles
experience selling recruitment or consulting services is highly meritorious
